Looks like we may have a few people interested in a Bay Area meet. There are plenty of things to photograph here. The City, north or south from SF on Highway 1, wildlife, and we could always hire a model (which I have never, but it would be fun).
If we get the honor of meeting with Bob and Kevin from "far away", then maybe it should be a two day meet? What say you? Ideas?

Your labor wants masters only or bachelors with 5 years is acceptable?
Look bullet no. 2.
The following degree equivalency determinations have been made by the AAO, USCIS, District Court and through regulations:
1. A Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) is the foreign equivalent of a US medical degree. (2009)
2. A three year Bachelors degree from India is equivalent to a US Bachelors degree. (2008)
EB-2 & EB-3 Degree Equivalency | US Immigration Blog (http://blog.messersmithlaw.com/?p=50)
MurthyDotCom : Combination Degrees found by AAO Equal to 4-Year U.S. Degree (http://www.murthy.com/news/n_combdg.html)
YOU NEED GOOD LAWYER. FILE COMPLAINT WITH AAO.
Good find - IF OPs labor has "bachelors +5 years" then s/he can be back in track otherwise the chances are slim to none.

Team,
I need advise. Some should respond to my query. It is still unanswered after 190 views. I need to make some quick decisions. Naukri ka sawaal hai!!
Thanks
I apologize on behalf of all of IV for not having responded to your post even after 190 views. Seeing how much you have contributed to IV in time or money we should all have scrambled to get your highness the answer to your question asap.
If you had bothered to search these forums you would have got your answers in 5 minutes. However its just easier to ask something and sit there waiting, right? instead of reaching out, researching a bit?
Now that someone has answered your questions, would you consider atleast contributing (http://immigrationvoice.org/forum/showthread.php?t=15905) to IV? The same questions you have asked here, if you ask some of the good lawyers, would have cost you $300!

@Pinky001:
To the best of my knowledge, here are the answers to your Q's
1) No (because you are applying for different class)
2) H1 and H4 are not in same class.
Why I said H1 and H4 is not in same class is, when you choose "Purpose of Travel" as "working in USA" then they are showing multiple choices for "Select Visa class". where it lists H1 , H2, h3 etc.. separately. When H1 and H2/ H3 are not in same class then how H4 will be of same class as H1.
Also refer the link below. where it listed H1 and H4 separately in Visa class table.

My PD is Sept 2005 and EB3 India. With the new company I can file EB2. What will be your recommendation?
I'm not an attorney and with that necessary disclaimer out of the way in regards to not offering legal advice: The danger here is in the details of the bill. Say you move to the new company and you file your LC. And the bill passes, the problem you will face is that your I-140 will have been filed well after the date of introduction of the bill and you would have to go through the proposed merit system. Unless some miracle happens and you get the GC before the bill becomes law, then its a long shot, but life is about risks, if the bill fails then you will have wasted valuable time. I'd suggest you weigh your options carefully and if costs are not an issue, go for it. I'll also urge you to read the IV analysis of the bill which you can find on the home page.

Thank you everyone for the responses.
Dreamworld, Could you let me know what kind of supporting documents are needed. Thanks in advance.
masti_Gai is right...
Your parents should provide your address as the USA residence address while filling the form at port of entry. Sometimes the immigration officer at port of entry may call you to verify.

I am not an expert but this is my understanding:
there is no requirement to work for the employer sponsoring your green card. Business requirements can change any day, and if your previous employer doesn't have a job for you...it shouldn't be a problem as long as
1. you have a current job that is similar in duties
2. your previous employer didn't withdraw I-140 and your I-140 was pending 180 days after filing I-485
3. At the time of filing I-140, the job offer was bona-fide (non-frivolous). At the time of filing I-485 with other employer, the job you were employed in was similar and employer had bona-file permanent offer
You can always send USCIS informing a change of employer (AC21), they wouldn't take back GC as long as you c

Y do u say that ur filinh I485 in Jully 2007 in EB3 is ur greatest mistake... I am sailing in the same boat & am planning to file new GC in EB2 category.
Anyone having knowledge can pls. shed some inputs.. would higly appreciate it.
Can't one retain the old priority date of EB3 for the new one in EB2 category after filing I485 in EB3 category?

Didnt see the edits. The first image you took is the best
I tend to agree, the first B&W one is the best in terms of composition. The new ones are not as "calm" somehow. I thought getting the railing to go all the way to the top corner would be better, but actually I think it is distracting. Interesting, maybe I learned something here. :p
