But the text in the I-131 instructions is contradicting what you said.
If you have current AP, you can travel while your AP renewal is pending. AP renewal will be from the date when your current AP expire.

I will like to ask your brain if this could be a problem as i did my H1 B Transfer twice before appling for my I 485 and everything went sucessful my GC sponsering Company is not in good terms they might have even revoke my I 140.
Is there any way to find out if my I 140 was revoked.
I applied my I 485 and EAD in July last year my H 1 B was transfered in March Last year i got my EAD's and Finger printing is also done.
But my PD is Dec 2001 so i have already crossed 180 Days and now have the right to use AC21, do i have to file any particular letter for this.
Can you guys please advice i will really appriciate your help.

I did see LUD on 2/24/09 for my I485 application. But there is no activity on my wife's application even though they had received it on the same day.

Preponing visa interview without very valid reason cud be harmful. u never know, if they catch ur wife telling a lie then ull be walking on thin ice.
I disagree with this statement. Your most compelling argument of preponing your visa interview is that they have opened slots which were not earlier available and you would like to finish this process and keep some time incase some additional documentation was required, you would have the time to get it. Also, there is NO RULE that says you cannot prepone appointment.
Also, I suggested you get a fresh appointment at Mumbai (your original appointment was in Chennai - correct?)

It says otherwise approvable but for name check. Does that mean Visa numbers are already allotted for these 47K cases hence they wont eat up the visa numbers?
Visa number is allocated when the case is finally adjudicated. Hence, they will certainly eat up visa numbers. Maybe for EB 10 - 15 K and rest for FB. Just a guess.

I understand you don’t care about the United States and its people and you’re only interested in what you can gain from them but if you weren’t so blinded by greed you’d see this is something else they can give to you. Now I know why I took the route I did, I would have accomplished far less in my personal life with the likes of you. In fact, I may doing to much sharing my expertise with you. I refuse to have my name tarnished any further. Besides, you’re only a beginner. What was I thinking? IV really ought to make it clear to everyone that this is an amateur site. Maybe by changing its name to Beginning Immigration. IV definitely is not the voice of Immigration – my voice is different from IVs and I’m dealing with immigration. I may have to contact the internet higher-ups about this farse.

Yes, DREAM Act should not discriminate documented children against the undocumented ones. IV should support amending the DREAM act to include documented children too, since IV is fighting for the issues of legals, law-abiding people like us.

Congrats suresh..it's good to see Dec 05 getting approved..best option would be to get your wife here on F1..Some of the schools required only TOEFL ..after coming to US get married again in US and apply for 485..if she is currently working in india..u can try L1 too....ofcourse for H-1B u need to wait for one more year..i don't think US embassy in Chennai will get to know u got married unless she tells them..there is no fraud or anything in this..i believe it's like..don't ask, don't say..ur not cheating anyone..trying to find a small loop hole for a very good reason..

My priority date is EB2-I Dec 20'th 2005 and god knows how they approved it much before every one else. When all others really want their GC's.
There are lots people who are in queue with Jan 2004 and later priority dates and whose cases are still pending... How could they approve my case so soon...
I have scheduled for a travel to India on August 15'th 2008 to get married. I wanted to marry and get my wife to USA. I 'm engaged with girl at India and all set for marriage this month (August 2008).
I believe my H1-B has been automatically canceled on immediate approval of GC.
How do I get my future wife to USA?. What are the options left out to me now?.

I am not sure what your health insurance situation with your employer is. Here is some thing I know. Please research and see whether this helps.
Under HIPPA regulations, insurance companies cannot decline pregnancy as pre existing condition if you and your spouse are covered by group coverage. Generally, group coverage is the coverage you get from your employer. If you currently do not have health insurance through your employer, try to sneak into the plan now as most employers will have open enrollment period during Jan/Feb of each year. If you try to buy individual coverage from a HMO/PPO, those insurance companies can mercilessly decline maternity coverage.
If you get into group coverage, no matter what trimester your wife is in, insurance companies WILL have to cover the maternity as per the plan choose.
Please investigate and let us know what you find.

Then I bought a individual insurance for my self, wife and kid (in Texas)
And insurance companies in Texas are not providing maternity insurance for individual insurances (not violating HIPPA rules) and very recently came to know that my insurance covers the compilications of maternity(not really sure, need for confirm with some one or would try to call my insurance company for more details) and for new born child as per Texas law. But not the regular maternity. Which is the reason I am trying to buy a plan from Hospital for Maternity.
And about your last point, I am trying to find out if I can get into any group. currently used AC21 with H1 and my employer does not have group insurance.
My client (big one) is ready to give me full time but not the title that I want and they are not ready to do H1 (with AC21) but agreed with EAD
Even prime vendor is ready to give full time with EAD with the title that I want and client is ok with that.
The only problem is if I leave my current employer and go to prime vendor, then it would be a problem, else find a different employer do a different H1 and ask the vendor to transfer (but not sure if this would create complications unless my current employer is OK with it).

I am still waiting for FP notice, i got my EAD/AP/RD, for both of us.
It was filed @ NSC on July 2nd, ---> CSC -----> NSC. I got my LUd on 09/21 last on our 485.
