I think it matters and you probably might get an RFE if you dont provide evidence that you are qualified for the advertised job.
You can try to get an affidavit from some of your older colleagues.
It is EB3 (PD 2001) and Lc did say that 3 years of experience and my first job almost have 2 years 8-9 months of experience. So I was thinking that USISC should not mind for letter of eperience for 3 remaining months..Current job ..I have been working now for 6.5 years....
Does it matter..Do you think it really matters..

dont worry thats normal. when i was in florida, i always got a temp licence valid for 4 weeks. and then the actual renewed licence arrived within 3 weeks in mail .

I filed on July 23, I-140 and 485 concurrent.
I got EAD on 5th Oct.
I had fingerpring done on OCT12.
Whne Fingerprinting was done, with 2 of my fingers, it gave message
Warning !!!!!!!! Matched (with RED color) . Rest all fingers, it displayed passed with Green color.
Does it mean it matches with some kind of FBI database and Do I need to worry about it?
Please help gurus. I have lost my sleep.

My H1 has expired on 31st August, 2009. My disgraced company applied for extention in the month of May 2009 in regular Processing. Still waiting for Approval and have Receipt Notice only from Vermount center.:confused::mad::(:(:eek::eek:

It looks like the picture is quite severely overexposed. Since you have a bright moon on a black background, depending on the relative sizes of the moon and background, the exact focusing point and how the metering works you'll easily end up with an overexposed moon (due to the dark background).
As an alternative , spotmeter the moon to figure out the exposure and/or use the histogram.

I am a July 2 filer. I got 485 receipt notice from California Service Center with receipt date of july 2. Today, in mail, I got another notice called transfer notice, which states that my case has been transferred to Nebraska. The receipt date on the transfer notice is Sep 5. Is it nromal to have such diferent receipt dates? Will USCIS process by receipt date on receipt notice or on transfer notice?

Great! You will get the actual receipt notice like paper filing in a week. Also FP notice to take a picture for your EAD.
OK i e-filed and it showed Nebraska address generating LIN no's instead of MSC etc , it prompted me where my 485 is and i think since it is at NSC it routed automatically to NSC

I think something is missing here. How did they find out ?? Did they take you in for secondary inspection?? taxes?? If your university allows online classes, you might be able to finish your courses online and complete the required coursework(i.e. ofcourse if you dont need to finish thesis or defend project work) the university should be able to confer you a degree.... might be worth chatting with the international office.

amits: Swamy is correct, all documents that are required for H1B stamping, plus a copy of your 485 receipt notices. Just in case, VO asks you for the proof of AOS, which is very unlikely.
