i think most of vermont transferred applications are getting it.
i will also send color copies of all the documents mentined by you.
how do you have i 94 for all h1's. i just have my current one. rest all i gave it to immigration while departing to india.

But if your form is signed with today's date then doctor might want you to take blood work again as they are no longer invalid if they are more than 1 yr old.

How reliable is this Tracker(or any) data? I don't think all the registered people who gets their GC would come back and change the status of their application to 'Approved' in the Tracker. Though its better than nothing but still data is too vague to derive any real conclusion.

What do you guys think about the movement in EB3 ROW cases starting from October 2008? Does anyone has exact numbers on how many EB3 ROW cases can be approved in a given fiscal year?

Very good list of people in IV board...it will help to bring visibility.
I can understand CIR is held up/hostage etc, but once CIR is abandoned, and piecemeal
strategy comes, IV does need greater visibility against competing lobbies like foreign nurse, etc.

I had similar situation in labor process. The new company attorney mentioned me to do an amendment for labor processing, however I was reluctant and did not continue with it. An year later on pending labor, I received RFE: something like unable to find company. Attorney then sent the company acquisition details. Months later labor got approved.

For some reason mine went the other way ,from Texas to Nebraska. It should have been in process at Texas but now Nebraska has retrogressed me about 5 months to March 10 2007 with my I-140 reeipt date of Aug. 16 2007. Can I complain about this? If so where?
