I presume that ROW would be significantly impacted by this as India & China would not benefit a lot from it now because of PDs being badly retrogressed. I'm afraid that this has the potential of exhausting EB3-ROW row numbers for the rest of the year. Am I wrong to assume this?
I am trying to figure out the impact of this ruling on the current usage of visa numbers.
I am from ROW so I would like to see how many more from ROW would demand visa numbers due to this new ruling.
Obviously this is important to India and China as well because the only way these two categories would get more visa numbers is from ROW overflow this year as these categories have used up most of their visa numvers for the year.

Why did you choose your screen name as 'Hopefull'? Are you hopeful about yourself? Or are you hopeful about others? Or may for everyone? Either way your message and tone of your post doesn't sound hopeful for anybody. Could you please consider changing your screen name to "HOPELESS"? This would help eliminate the hypocrisy due to your screen name. What do you say?
BTW, Full Time job is NOT a virtue. Kindness towards the environment you live in is a virtue. Let�s all HOPE and pray that you could gather some of the real virtues of life.

1) My screen name has nothing to do with the argument here. If we discuss my screen name we are going on a tangent which is very typical of desis (I rememeber womanly taunts in movies and woman gossip where they would pick anything but would niether make a point nor a valid argument)
so you can see where your argument is going..
2) Hopefull signifies optimism. A pessimist is an optimist who is very analytical or knows better. Your argument is similar to "And they lived happily ever after ...(after singing around green trees) ...." ignoring the ground reality, facts that no dent has been made and also turninga blind eye to the fact that there are people since 2001/2002 stuck. Its 2007 meaning five years and if the Dept is not willing to budge after all these efforts to a number more than 7000, and you still are HOPEFULL ignoring the facts means that you are an idiot. Yes you will get your GC before you die for sure provided you live upto the age of appx 70 and your consulting firm is around and you are not tired of the bickering with your employer.
Its just like a Yash Chora SRK movie ...it only happens in reel life and not real life ..
3) as far as the FT job goes we both knwo it deep within what it means...i hope you are smart enough to get the point and wont make me word it to emabrass you further..

I gets very severe migraine attack almost everyday thinking about the GC !! I took so many pain killers(acetameno) almost everyday ..now they also stopped working on me...and due to these apin killers ..I became acidic ..acidity everyday..even without eating spicy things...my wife says, probably my lever damaged ..don't like to visit doctors ...will it get worse ? I can't escape visiting IV everyday !! Any remedy for me will be highly appreciated....
While a pray for your "lever"....i will suggest u see a doctor asap!!!
And I will also prescribe you channel all the pain into some positive energy by helping IV via contributions, volunteer work...and participatingin action items...all that is very rewarding!!! and will help you from going nuts, bananas and what have you!!

I am not tracking approvals rate as such. But if, CIS hasn't used as many numbers have DOS reported, then as Ron suggested, dates will move forward for EB3 Ind.

Not just sued but assembly line whupped by federal judges. :D And the new Attorney General can't take it any more.
The truest gem is this other line: "In the unlikely event that DHS receives actionable information after the application is approved, it will initiate removal proceedings."
So all they were waiting for these unlikely events to happen while they kept hundreds of thousands of applicants in the deep freeze at USCIS?!

Voting multiple times is not allowed, so this is going to be hard to track.
eg. If I vote right now that i have contacted congressman, I won't be able to come back and change my vote when the congressman sends the letter out.

As per the data, so far people with notice date (on 485) before sept 1st have got their FP notices (except few people). So, I presume if someone's case transfered back to NSC from CSC before spet 1 st, he or she should expect their FP notice soon.
Obviously, we are not going get our notices if there several people lined up with notice dates before our transfer dates.
This is just my logical conclusion, may be incorrect

2) It's sad that we are getting GCs at the expense of people of came here illegally. Our efforts are held hostage by both parties (It's simple), One party wants to win votes of one group and the other wants to wins votes as well of a different group. It's not about "DOING THE RIGHT THING". If it was about "DOING THE RIGHT THING" there would never had been a backlog. Backlog elimination center was created just to put some cases on hold and clear cases of 245i applicants (USCIS will never allow us access to that data)
3) DOING THE RIGHT THING....why unequal penalties of the parties who break the immigration Law. All punishment is directed towards the employee. EMployer only gets fine. Make punishment stricter for employers, (hit them where it hurts most, jail them and shut down their business)there will never be any illegal immigrant getting jobs. there whould be equal punishment for both.
4) Why this doble standard when it comes to immigration. why don't people oppose when jobs are transferred in name of outsroucing or shifting production to cheapr countries? Anti Immigants are biggest Hypocrites ever and Pro immigrants are not representins immigrants properly. No one focuses on the injsutice done to legal aliens.
5) I am EB3, I followed Law, I am in backlog because Govt did not process the cases in 2001 , 2002, 2003 in time and created a backlog and I resisted the temptation to break laws and buy Labor substitution AND I openly say that I oppsoe illegal immigration and amesty to illegeal immigrants (and I do feel sorry for them. god bless them they deserve a better life).
