DHS was looking for someone with deportation order of Walawala's place, which the person wasn't there, never lived there, never existed there. Walawala and his wife have valid H1 and H4 status. They looked at their document and with face that look cynical said that Walawala and his wife are 'ONLY' worker that come to this country and threathened they could have done something to harm their status. 'ONLY' Worker that come to this country, what do you guys think?

Me also got RFE for 485. My priority date is 2006 Aug. Mine was related to medical report. Dr corrected the mistake and replied back.

It seems like every one is yelling and trying to make others feel low if they didn't attend rally or didn't contribute...
The website is free and its up to individuals to do what ever they want ...
May be they will feel the heat or retrogression after 2 years or so and start doing something about it (like contributing..
All i am saying is do not chase visitors away with your anger...

Seems like it could be new August visa bulletin. With some cutoffs. but applications sent already will not be rejected. They won't be worked upon but wont be rejected.

Passport is a travel document and has to be in order if you are travelling or have to stamp a Visa,but your I-94 has to valid when you are applying for AOS.

from annualcreditreport.com (this is a site from the 3 credit agencies), you can see all the addresses that your credit card bills went to. So there is a record of where you actually lived in the last 3-5 years.
By the way, by law you are entitled to a free credit report annually. You can get it from the afore mentioned site.

The answer to ur fulltime on H1 is NO...even a leave of absense wont help..as you are not a citizen..and every non citizen has to be on F1 if in FT program.....
Will you still get paid when u are a full time student..if no..then ur employment visa is invalid without paystubs...dont u agreee..;-)
if you want to be on H1..u are better off pursuing a PT program!..if ur GC comes thru..switch to FT...

My attorney just emailed me a list of items he needs from me for filing 485. The list is surprisingly short. Is this package really sufficient?

1. Marriage certificate, w/English translation
2. Birth certificate w/ English translation
3. Biographical information page, and date of issuance/expiration page, from current passport
4. Copy of her current visa
5. Copies of other US visas you have had
6. Current I-94 card
7. Passport entry stamp from last entry into the United States
8. Six (6) passport photos
For you:
1. Birth certificate, w/ English translation
2. Six (6) passport photos
3. Last two (2) paycheck stubs

So is a score 670 considered to be good one? How much approx.. would be mortgage/month for $300K house. Ofcourse there are many factors but just to get a ball park free..

Mortgage Agents use the FICO score and I think 750-790 is considered a good score. The monthly payment depends on the type of loan like 30Yr fixed, 5 -1 ARM, the rate that you get and other factors.
