We can read between the lines and be as optimistic as we want..but I do not see anything in the text that excludes EADs.
As per pappu's initial email, everyone - H1B, EAD, L1 etc etc (except GC holders and citizens) are impacted by this bill.
What is the guidance to IV members? Start contacting the senators in the senate committee that deliberating on it and impress upon them to oppose this draconian bill?

Sorry for asking too many questions. One more thing is when did you get this RFE? I am in similar situation---used AC-21 and applied for EAD back in first week of May 2008, but nothing yet from NSC. I was with my GC sponsoring employer for more than 6 months though and I-140 was approved back in 2005.
I filed EAD renewal on May 28 2008.

To be fair, inability to get educated (linked to career progression) deserves some attention.
I was in gautamagg's situation earlier (I am still kind of ). I believe there are several others in the same situation. GC delay is an serious hindrance when age is a factor for getting education. However, there are alternatives - part-time education and studying in another country. Have friends who have taken both the approaches. You can come back to the U.S (if you really need to) after your education/experience through H1 again.
As far as the U.S loosing talent, U.S legislators/administrators are the ones who should be worried and try to stop it. The coveted trying to convince them seems contradictory and doesn't gel well.
Personally, I think expecting a quick solution for the mired immigration issue to get an education is expecting a little too much when there are alternatives. This is a wrong forum to do it too.

If there is a non-controversial immi. law change attempt I will donate $500. I will also bring my friends and the total may exceed $2000. We all willing to donate but only if we know that there is good chance of passing.

this is why you shouldnt post images before the due time, people dont give up, its an all level 3d battle, dosent matter how good or bad your skills are, this is so you can develop your skills, i m sure thirdworldman wasnt good straight off the bat, he had to start somewhere too and now his skills are pretty good but im sure he could even tell you when he started people wiped the floor with him, his image is great but its not impossible, the texturing and lighting is what sets it off the rest is some simple modelled geometry.

Racism is there everywhere, we find it in US also, even in India, you find caste system and inter state racism. With rising opportunities, such things may not really be visible especially in places where there are free zones.

True. We need members like desi3933 ( got GC and citizenship), United Nations (think he got GC) who spend time here and provide real details. I have read many posts of Desi3933 which are really helpful and he does speak with facts.

Can some expert do the following analysis:
a) How many projected EB2+EB3 (yes combined) for India for period 2003 and before, 2004 , 2005, 2006.
a) How many projected EB2+EB3 (yes combined) for ROW for period 2003 and before, 2004 , 2005, 2006.
The reason I am requesting to combine EB2 and EB3 is that it is impossible to know which labor was filled under which category, thus no point in doing that division.
