Hi all,
This is my first post here, if it is not in the appropriate location please excuse me.
My company filed my I-485, EAD and AP together.(On Auguest 6th this year) They asked me for only one check for $745.
I was reading through a few posts and found that everybody had submitted 3 individual cheques for the same...
Is this ok? Or did my company do a blunder.
I have not yet recieved any receipts.
I just had one single check...Don't sweat..

My lawer is a delay master & I believe one can file himself. Is there any experienced guy here ?

There is an error in the article.
It does not say that H1B workers lack any courage and will power to stand up for themselves. They lack unity, are narrow minded and cannot work together. Their high education works in their disadvantage because they use to fight within themselves. As long as they cannot stand up and support their own cause, it is good news for anti-immigrant organizations.

Do you get I-94 if you travel and entering US on AP--YES ?
If yes what is end date on I-94 and how you get extention of I-94 for that I-94 ?--You will be on AOS status after I-94 expires also you can still get H1 extension and obtain new I-94,continue renewing EAD/AP

The new facility replaces the former Manchester location on Canal Street. The new office is based on a national model for new USCIS office locations throughout the country.

He immigrated to the U.S. in the mid-19th century and fought for the Union during the Civil War serving with the 6th New Hampshire Infantry Volunteers. I am sorry to ask...If H1B doesn't have I-94 attatched to it and it was approved when my friend was in india, he can work on L1. My question is, if he moves out of country and get H1B stamped, can he work on L1?
As it is not a change of status. If he gets it stamped on his passport and enters the county on H1B. YES he can. I strongly recommend to get his visa stamped in India until unless he has a US degree.

Hi all,
I am in the middle of H1-B transfer from Comp A to Comp B.. I have an urgent question,
Company A didn't run my payroll from 11/26/07-4/11/08 because i was out of the project,since then i have had a consistent payroll no gaps, my question is
1.will that affect my H1-b transfer?
2.will USCIS go back that far to verify my paystubs?, and
Please Please Please reply , if possible any attorneys

I took an infopass appointment last october and my FBI name check status was pending. After seeing the USCIS memo on march4th that all namecheck pending for 180 days has been cleared by feb 28th 2009, i went again for an infopass appt last week. IO toldme that my namecheck is still pending.
So i contacted my senators office same day and sent all my info along with the USCIS memo. Next day senators office called me back and told me that they called USCIS and came to know that my name check has been cleared. Senators office told me that infopass information could be wrong or may not have been updated.
IS that a possibility ? any inputs ?

Thank you so much. I am much relieved now. So, As long as I work for the sponsoring employer(even though the labor location is different) is it ok to file Ac-21 and move to another employer.? My impression was that I was obliged to work for that exact position(the one on the labor) to prove the 'intent'.
