Hi gurus,
I have question to you. I am July 2007 filer. My EAD and My wife EAD expiring on 09-25-2008. I applied both renewal Yesterday(06-24-2008 -90 days before).
recently My wife moved from H1B and working on EAD ( I am still working on H1B).
1. If we wont get EAD cards in time (i.e. before 09-25-2008). What will be her status after 09-25-2008 ?
2. Can she change back to H4 or can she change back to H1?
Please advice me.
Don't worry about your status after EAD expires. As long as you have pending I-485 you are in status. Its a different matter that she might have to stop working until EAD is approved. That said, USCIS is super-fast in approving EAD and actually people have been complaining about it:D

Hello
My wife and I will be Canadian Permanent Residents in a few months. I am on EAD with I485 pending and have AP. She is on H1B
We will need to Travel to Canada for Immigrant Landing formalities after we get PR.
How can we enter back in US so that my AOS and her H1B Status is not affected?

Hello,
My employer will be filing for my greencard (labour certification) within the next 2-3 months. I have a valid H1 B visa expiring next year. I was wondering if it is legal to travel outside the country at this stage ?

my wife is moving to another employer. they filed her h1b transfer 2 weeks back. does anyone have an estimate on when she should get here receipt???
If it is Premium transfer then u should get the approval in a week after getting the receipt notice.

My case was filed in EB3 and denied due to B'Sc but we have a strong case to refile so we will do that I am using Adam from Murthy law firm.

If more than 180 days have passed since your I-140 was cleared then you can use AC21 and use your EAD to transfer your GC process to Company C if the job responsibilites are the same as in your job profile that you submitted for Company D . Your GC process will continue as usual in that case. No need to worry.
