I recently moved from NC to PA. I have not yet received my FP notice at my old address. Is it possible to have this changed to PA? Is reschedule possible? Can someone please respond?

When you go for Fedex/USPS Express they takes your Name, Current Address in a page which has Pointer to the TRACKING NO. 1 copy comes to you , 1 copy goes out with Package and 1 Copy gets saved with FEDEX/USPS.
The 3rd copy above is sufficient to straightout any "Potential Liars" :mad:
Fedex Receipt shows Sender And Addressee, name, address etc. It does not tell whose application (and what else) is inside. In reality, having Fedex receipt only proves that some package has been been delivered at USCIS, but what is inside, there is no guarantee or proof.

Same here, fraud bodyshop consultants make life miserable for genuine applicants and also give a bad name to the H1B process. It's more like an easy ticket to come to the US as opposed to being qualified for a job. I wonder what people think , that life gets better once you start with fraud??

Dude, You are looking at not getting a RFE based on the pics. Not that picture people or JCPenny takes great pics and make u look like Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise.

I got 2 RFE's for pictures only. Those are the only 2 RFE's till date for me.
I had real bad experience with digital pics. But there are many people who didnt have any issues. So it is all your luck.
If you have RFE, it sets u back by 2 months for the approval.
Just my 2 cents.....
My experience with Picture People was ok - fair, I guess those are fine pictures as per USCIS specifications, but nothing out of the ordinary. 14.99 for a set of 4 pictures. Set me back about $80 for 3 sets of 8 pictures.
But my own pictures came out better and are as per specifications. The question is whether to take a chance in case i missed anything or to go with Ok-Fair pictures from Picture People. decisions.. decisions... damn.. retrogression

I guess Michael Cannon was right after all. He did not promise any improvements regarding name check situation until 2010... Let's hope the court system will continue to put pressure on the USCIS/FBI.

I have question i'm planning to use ac21 ,but my current labor certification jon title code is 15-1031 (computer sepcialist engineer -Oracle) but my new job is DBA (application development -Oracle ) But the nature of the job responsibilites are same but i believe the Job code may change b'cos of the Title.
Do you think will this be a problem if i use AC21.
Your inputs will be greatly appreciated.

E-filed, Texas Service center and sent in supporting docs.
No emails or anything so far... Should i wait the whole 90 days before starting to make some noises?
I filed my EAD on the same date at Nebraska recieved that last week.
I just cannot understand why they need to do this filing and can't make EAD/AP a single doc and valid for two years.. Just plain frustrated. :mad:

I wonder what our children and grandchildren will learn from all these. When they grow up and know that their parents had to go through this mess while waiting to be accepted legally for xxxx number of years and some people got the "grand reward" of being illegal for many years!! These CIRcus operators will be responsible for the loss of "very little" moral left in this country. GOD BLESS AMERICA.

31st is a working day for me, if 180th day is 31st than does the employer lose the ability to revoke 140 from the 31st or 1st?, Does it mean than USCIS should receive revokation request by 31st or that the request can be postmarked by the 180th day?

We can get a employment verification letter. But now a days you need employment verification letter for many things. Just recently, jan 2009, I carried EVL for visa stamping. Now, my DL is expiring, should I ask them again for EVL. It has become more like HR nightmare for having a non-immigrants in the copany. These taylor made rules are not appropriate. When driving is a basic necassity, I could not comprahend why they need all additional documents. Any ways if this is true I have to ask my HR again to provide me one. Hope they do not get mad at me.

(1) First EVL - for AC21 job change
(2) Second EVL - to answer NOID
(3) Third EVL - for travel on AP
All the above in 3 months gap each after joining. Now if I ask for one more saying I need it for driver's license - she may ask if I also need an EVL to go to six flags or ride the NYC Subway
