H1 getting cancelled should not affect your Green Card.
You should be able to change as many times as you want. There is no rule. I have changed jobs twice using AC21.
Keep a copy of the AC21 letter and pay stubs, that was submitted by the lawyer for your reference.
There are no clear guidelines or rules for using AC21. As you may already know, there is no need for submitting the AC 21 letter either. So use your judgement.As long as you are working in the similar job type GC process should go fine.

You can check with the airlines and ask for wheelchair for you aged parents ... usually I have seen with Lufthansa - they provide a very good service when you ask for special assistance. Not sure what BA will do though ... you can always try ....

well my responsibility would change from technical to more managerial stuff, in that case I can not move EAD?
Can we change job using AC21(I-140 approved , I-485 pending for more than 180 days ) on H1 without using EAD.(so that future wife can come on H4 )

Hi,
I know there has been lot of discussions on things to do and not to do after changing jobs - but seems like there is no definitive conclusion. Thought of getting opinion on following:
(i) Generally people suggest to send G28 to change the lawyer representation - this helps in tracking what is going on without missing any RFE's.
(ii) Regarding AC21 letter informing USCIS there are contradicting advice even from lawyers - some say that dont do anything until they issue an RFE. Thinking here is that we would attract USCIS attention by sending an AC21 letter that could potentially delay. By not sending the letter they might just approve without any questions.
Based on this, I initially thought of sending just G28 but not AC21 letter. But once we send G28 to change lawyer representation, my application get USCIS's attention anyway - so I am thinking why not send AC21 letter as well as a back up.

Hi All,
I have recently applied for my wife's EAD to Phoneix Lock box and got the Receipt from NSC with the LIN number. RD: 02/25/11 and ND:02/28/11. Check also got cashed. I tried to access that receipt number in USCIS case status website online to get the status yesterday 03/09/11; it says the case number is not found. I am sure I typed the correct receipt number. Any idea what could be wrong? Has anyone experienced this before? Should I contact the customer service? Please help me.

what i mean is i am currently working full time with Company A. But I am thinking of making additional income by working for another company on part time basis. Can I file another concurrent H1? And if this concurrent H1 will be based on annual H1 quota?

That is may not correct. Stuart Anderson was never a lobbist. But he did play a key role in AC21 law. Back then Stuart was Legislative Director for Sen. Abraham (R-MI). Stuart worked with key staffers across the aisle to recapture and pass other favorable provisions in AC21. In that sense, Stuart always had a front row seat to witness things unfold in front of him. My wife went to India for 15 days and she is coming back on sunday at EWR. She is on h1 and joining to different compnay as full time base on EAD. She is my dependent.
She went India with all original of AP approval, EAD , copy of EAD, I485, I131 (Not original) and original copy of h1b approval. She is planning to comeback on AP. Is that law that person must carry original i485 receipt when come back on advance parole.
My wife original I485 receipt is with lawyer, when I asked him about original, he said it is not required when you are coming back on AP. Copy should be fine.
Now when discussed with some freinds they said original I485 reciept required when coming back on I485. I am not sure how to handle it.
