Even I am very worried about the same as my filling for H1 extn is going to come soon and due to the recent denials, I am very worried. I don't have EAD also with me and my priority date is very late. I heard about 3 cases where H1 extn is denied.
If anyone knows more details about it, please let us know.

Hello Friends,
My EAD card is probably lost in the mail. Got approved on July 11th and never received so far . My current EAD expires on Augest 9th . I am in the risk of losing the Job. What are my options now .. Please advise ..
I called USCIS, they are asking me to wait for 30 days .
Contact your local Congressman and explain him your situation he should be able to help in such a situation.

I have just gone thru March recording of IV lawyer call and the below caught my attention. Ms Susan mentioned that any company name change after I140 approval has to refile I 140. I am utterly confused as that particular scenario affect me and i would like to know what best course of action i can take at this point.
I filed LC and I 140 with company A
My I 140 got approved
Before i filed my I 485 my company changed its name
I asked my attorney at that time if we need to take any special action
Attorney said they can just add an amendment while applying for I 485 about name change and apply with approved I 140, which is with old company name.

Agreed with Rune on the trees. Nice composition otherwise. I'd move to the other side of that tree line and shoot the barn from several angles. Looks like a lot of potential in that building. If you want the fence in the image, try it from the other end. Maybe the trees won't get in the way. The image also has the leaning-to-the-left feel to it.

Is there any way we can check our labor processing status as it is a genral fact that no employer would prefer to give his employee to access his status and at the same time they would not let employee to call attorney directly.So in this kind of scenario I was just wondering is there anyway we can track the status.

Unfortunately the answer is No.
You will have to wait (and trust) for your employer/attorney to give you this info.
Also you can check on the current perm processing dates which the USCIS issues I think every 3 months to see
how far the queue has moved and if you know approx date when your labor was filed you can make a guess
based on the published date and your filing date

The first one is best, since you got the eye. The focus seems just a little soft, though. The eye is the key to getting the viewer to connect with the animal, IMHO, and if you get the eye in sharp, a little softness elsewhere will not really hurt the shot. It's hard to get these little guys though, and the color is fantastic.

Hmm...so the Name Check hell is back.
Good news for EB2 I/C and all EB3 old filers ! These will save huge number of visas for them. Not many People who have filed in July 07 Visa bulletin fiasco would have FBI name check pending.
