I would you want AT&T to put this Orwellian rule into effect? At least tell me you're a shareholder...

The iPhone 4 was a failure at launch. The antenna is broken. It drops Internet connections and calls if held a certain. The glass claiming to be strong is weak sauce and the only good things on the phone are the cameras and screen.*
Am I the only one who feels this way?
HAHAHAHAH TOTAL FAILURE!!!
...Oh wait... I think Apple is having hard hearing your complaints over their BILLIONS AND BILLIONS of dollars. Just think, they have to hire HUGE amounts of people just to handle the massive amount of money they have acquired! Maybe you should go put in an application...

I've owned a similar iMac G4, sold it a few months ago. It's a pretty nice machine, although it won't be anywhere near as fast as your MacBook Pro. A few things of note to get the iMac purring, definitely check out a RAM upgrade, that model of iMac can support up to 2GB of RAM and it is worthwhile. When you get it download TinkerTool (http://www.bresink.com/osx/TinkerTool.html) and Onyx (http://download.cnet.com/OnyX-Tiger/3000-2094_4-10870637.html). Those two applications can be used to really speed up the Mac, specifically you'll want to disable the dock reflection. If minimizing windows is choppy, you can set it to the Scale effect instead of the Genie effect. Also, instead of the dock icon bouncing when an application opens you can have the indicator below it pulsate. Start to mess with the settings and you'll be surprised at how much life you can breathe into it. :)

With global warming and not enough action to rectify it. It's only going to get worse.
People only think of themselves, what about mother nature. Very little if any thing is done for her, she has to fight back somehow.

I have my home computer set up as a mini-webserver, which I mostly use for sharing pictures and other files with people, however, recently, I have been unable to serve pictures over a certain size.
Pictures will load to a point, but then they will stop loading and I will get an error in Console.log and system.log:
/Applications/Safari.app/Contents/MacOS/Safari: Corrupt JPEG data: 2 extraneous bytes before marker 0xdb
/Applications/Safari.app/Contents/MacOS/Safari: Corrupt JPEG data: premature end of data segment
I know that the pictures are not corrupt because:
1. They worked fine a month ago
2. I can open them in any picture editor/viewer without problems
3. It happens to all my pictures above a certain (unknown) size
Here's a link to one picture: http://cjc343.no-ip.com/IMG_0001.JPG
Everyone who I've had try to load it in any browser cannot load it past the very first part. I have absolutely no clue what's going on.
I hope I provided enough details...

Are they some of these? (http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?cgiurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com%2Fws%2F&krd=1&from=R8&MfcISAPICommand=GetResult&ht=1&SortProperty=MetaEndSort&query=PowerBook+17) Some of those bids seem rediculously low for someone to be selling them...:(

That sounds scary... fortunately if you password is long enough it would take a lot to get it up to the last digit. Thats pretty strange though. I guess if I had a 1 letter password anything would work?
Hmmmm.... You probably should report this to apple!

Exactly. Fine tuned for the new Joe-sumer iOS market, but nothing mind blowing for us Prosumers.
From all the new features in Lion I am pretty sure I won't be using one: The Launchpad. It is crippled and acts as an iOS app. What happened to right clicking? Context Menus? Why do I need to drag an app over another in order to create a folder? Why can't I just right click and create an empty folder? When Apple makes the Launchpad a Desktop OS app, I might use it.

hahahaha I bet you're not. :p :p
I'd go with Tribeworks 'iShell', Ben and Casey's 'Processing', Ambrosia's 'Snapz Pro' and finally Discreet for the awesome Combustion 3.

When compared to the brand new black one my brother got, the white is far better. The difference is so dramatic, nothings been changed on the Antennagate black phone. That's a total shame.
This is really good to hear. Are your and your brother's phone on the same network? Does his suffer from the death grip problem or just weak signal in general?
I've just sold my iPhone 4 to a friend (who didn't seem to care too much about the weak antenna) because the signal would fluctuate from five to one bars and constantly miss calls, compared to another friend's iPhone 3Gs with a solid five bars in the same location. This could give me an excuse to buy the white one :D

taken from this (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3641) support article:
With the iTunes Store, all sales are final. As soon as you click the
Buy button (using either 1-Click or the Shopping Cart) your purchases are charged
to the credit card on your Apple Account. You cannot cancel a purchase or receive
a refund for a purchase.
however, the iTS is known to make the occasional exception, so here's for hoping ...
